Smoked Blueberry Cheesecake Dumplin’

I put my own twist on an old recipe. You'll need crescent rolls, cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla, blueberries and some cinnamon sugar. The end result is amazing.

Smoked Blueberry Cheesecake Dumplin’

2 cans crescent rolls

3 packages soft cream cheese

1 c. packed brown sugar

1 Tbs vanilla

2 pints blueberries

2 Tbs cinnamon sugar

Heat oven/smoker to 350 degrees with indirect heat. Unroll 1 crescent roll can, but do not separate. Press into the bottom of greased casserole pan. In large bowl, combine cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over crescent rolls in pan. Rinse blueberries and spread over cream cheese mix. Make small dough balls with second can of crescent dough and drop over top of blueberries. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar (to taste) over pan. Bake for 45 - 60 minutes.
