Smoked Buffalo Chicken Dip

Great appetizer for game day or just having friends over. This smokey, buffalo chicken dip will be your new favorite.

Smoked Buffalo Chicken Dip

2-3 chicken breasts seasoned with Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning

2 packages cream cheese

8 oz Pepper Jack cheese, shredded

10 oz Lane’s BBQ One Legged Chicken

Grill/bake at 300-350 degrees until internal temp reaches 160 degrees.  Let chicken rest for a few minutes. Cut into small bite sized pieces.

In casserole sized dish, combine cream cheese, chicken, Pepper Jack cheese, and One Legged Chicken. Return to grill/oven.  Cook for 30 minutes, stirring cheeses every 10 minutes until all cheeses are melted and gooey.
